Acorn Kids was founded by Fiona, a Melbourne mum with two children, who wanted to offer fun, whimsical designs with common sensibilities, after an elusive search for products that were currently available to her.  She drew on her years of experience in the fashion industry to create her own label.  Fiona is passionate about fair-trade and ethical standards throughout the entire supply chain.  Acorn Kids support a women’s collective who hand-knit most of their winter products.  They believe in supporting small businesses.

Fiona believes in letting kids get messy, asking them about their dreams, getting them out into nature as often as possible and cuddling them often!
